The best time of the morning-- brunch! There isn’t a brunch much more Insta worthy than confetti waffles and pink mimosas!
When making the waffles, mix the batter as the instructions on the package say then add as many sprinkles in the mix as you desire! You can even make some without sprinkles if you want. Get creative! We’ve added photos for inspiration.
If you chose to purchase fruit, slice it up and put it in bowls with serving spoons. This will be a great side or topping for the waffles! Whipped cream is the tastiest little addition to your confetti waffles, but you can use Greek yogurt as a healthier option. Put a dollop on top of your waffles, add fruit, drizzle with syrup or honey, and add some sprinkles if you wish. Our mouths are already watering.
Can't forget some protein! The sausage can be quickly microwaved or cooked in the oven and served as a side to add protein to the meal.
And voila! Best brunch ever!
But wait.. there's more!
Sip, Sip, Hooray!
