Is It a Class, or Do-It-Yourself?
It is a Do-It-Yourself experience, not a class. Our mixologist will provide instructions for you to create your own scent. Our staff will assist you in making your own candles and body products with easy to follow instructions.
Do I Need An Appointment?
If you have more than two people, we'd love for you to make a reservation (especially Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Walk-ins are welcome, but seats are limited to the first ten people. You can also book a full body massage or facial at our Chattanooga Spa!
What Does It Cost?
Our custom candle is $30, all other custom products are $20 each.
What Do We Get?
For each project you make, you get one product. You can make as many projects as you have time.
What is the Age Limit?
We please ask that kids five to fifteen are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I Refill My Product?
Yes! You can bring any of your containers back in to refill and receive 10% off your product!
Can I Use My Own Bottle?
No, for quality standards we stick to our own products.
Can I Order Online?
Yes, you can order our "make your own" products on our website.
Return Policy.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom products, however, if the bottle or product arrives damaged, let us know within fifteen days of your order and we will happily replace it.
